Orders & Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Placing an order constitutes an agreement to purchase at the listed price.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Payment:

  • We accept prepaid payments only. Cash on delivery is not available.

  • Payments must be completed successfully before an order is processed and prepared.

Shipping:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.

  • House of Aura is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under standard circumstances.

  • Exceptions are made only for damaged products or incorrect items received, reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
